📄 To report a payment problem, send the following two IDs:

  1. WiseCord Subscription Invoice ID
    - Found in your WiseCord account under Subscriptions.
    Example: 2d7d422e2a0e245ae1a192fc04b4b490
  2. Blockchain Transaction Hash / TXID
    - Found in your crypto wallet or app’s payment history.
    Example: 7deefe43d82fd2afff031d57ef3ed896eecf3b810788214c8532ac796ef4b07e

âš  NOTE: Repeated incorrect payments (more than twice) may result in a monetary penalty.
