Please read these terms carefully before using WiseCord.

By accessing and using WiseCord, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. User Agreement

By using WiseCord, you agree not to exploit our platform for unlawful purposes, including (but not limited to) spamming, scraping for malicious intent, impersonation, harassment, or any abusive behavior. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Referral Program

WiseCord includes a referral program designed for real users only. Any abuse of the referral system including fake sign-ups, bots, or self-referrals will result in account termination and forfeiture of earned rewards. Referral rewards are only granted when the referred person completes a valid paid subscription.

3. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your data. Your login credentials, personal identity, and browsing activity are never shared or sold to third parties. We only store what is necessary for platform operation and service improvement. Data is encrypted and stored securely.

4. Fair Usage Policy

You agree not to overload our services, abuse API limits, or attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify any portion of our application. Automated misuse, excessive requests, or attempts to circumvent rate limits will result in account suspension or termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

If you choose to use WiseCord for any unlawful, abusive, or unethical actions - including scraping private data or engaging in discriminatory activity - you do so at your own risk. WiseCord and its operators hold no responsibility for what users do with the data they extract. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.

6. Updates to Terms

WiseCord reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

7. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions are purchased inside the WiseCord app. We may offer different payment methods and currencies depending on your region. Prices displayed include any applicable taxes.

Free trial. We may offer a free trial when you add a valid payment method. You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

Automatic renewal. Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your card on each renewal date until you cancel. One-time payment methods, such as cryptocurrency, do not auto-renew.

Cancellation. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your plan ends.

Device binding. Subscriptions are for personal use on a single device. You may move your subscription to another device from within the app, subject to reasonable limits to prevent account sharing.

Refunds. Because a free trial may be offered, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated. We review billing errors, duplicate charges, and service issues on a case-by-case basis — please contact support promptly if you believe there is a problem with your charge.

8. Support Limitations

Support is provided via email and in-app contact forms only. We aim to respond within 48 hours during business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Priority support may be available for certain subscription tiers.

9. Final Note

WiseCord is built for ethical users who want to manage their Discord communities more effectively. If your intention is to manipulate, steal data, or cause harm to others, this platform is not for you. Respect the rules, use the features responsibly, and grow with us.
