Discord Monitoring FAQ
Common questions about Discord server monitoring and community management. Learn about WiseCord features, account safety, pricing, and how to get started with tracking Discord server activity.
Yes. After installing the app and creating an account you can start a free trial. A payment method is required to activate the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
You only need a Discord account and a stable connection. No rooting, no browser extensions—just install, log in, and start monitoring your servers and viewing member lists with date-range selection.
WiseCord is available on Android and as a native desktop app for Windows and macOS. Grab the desktop installer from our desktop download page — no emulator needed.
Pro subscription includes 24/7 monitoring that runs even when your app is closed, your data is off, or your phone is shut down. Basic requires the app to be running for monitoring to work. Both plans include full export features, Excel export, and unlimited servers.
You can monitor unlimited servers with both Basic and Pro plans. There's no limit on the number of servers you can track simultaneously.
WiseCord supports Excel (.xlsx) and CSV export formats. You can also copy usernames with one tap for quick access.
Yes, WiseCord is designed with your account safety in mind. We've tested extensively across diverse server environments. Our monitoring methods are refined through extensive testing to keep your Discord account secure.
We collect only what we need to run your account: your email, username, hashed password, the country your device is in, and a device identifier used to keep your subscription bound to one phone at a time. Your Discord access token is stored in encrypted form so we can deliver notifications on your behalf. We never read or store the content of your private Discord messages or DMs. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who it is shared with. Personal data is never sold. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
Subscriptions are purchased inside the WiseCord app. Download the app, create an account, open the Subscribe tab and pick the plan you want. You can pay with a debit or credit card, or with cryptocurrency (USDT). Nigerian users can pay in Naira; international users are billed in USD.
We accept debit and credit cards as well as cryptocurrency. Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Crypto payments are one-time and you renew manually when the period ends. Available payment methods and currencies may vary by region.
Yes. On the checkout screen you can choose card or crypto. Some plans and regions may only support one method; the app will only show the options that apply to you.
You can cancel a card subscription any time from the Manage Payment screen inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep full access until your current billing period ends, after which your plan simply stops. Crypto payments are one-time, so there is nothing to cancel — access ends automatically when your period expires.
Yes. Subscriptions are for a single device at a time. Install WiseCord on the new phone, open Profile → Transfer Subscription, and tap Transfer. Your previous device loses access and your remaining days move across. Transfers are subject to reasonable limits to prevent account sharing.
Yes. Because Pro costs more per day than Basic, any remaining Basic days are converted to a smaller number of Pro days when you upgrade — so you never lose the value you've already paid for. The app shows the exact conversion on the checkout screen before you confirm.
We offer a free trial so you can try the app before committing. Once a subscription is activated it is generally non-refundable, but we review billing errors and technical issues on a case-by-case basis — please contact support promptly if you believe there is a problem with your charge.
