Vencord on Android: What Actually Works (and What None of Them Do)

Quick answer: Vencord does not run on Android and there is no official mobile build. People searching for "Vencord Android" end up installing one of two things: Aliucord, a plugin-based mod of the Discord Android app, or BlueCord, a rebuilt Discord app with theming and extras baked in. Both are client mods, both are against Discord's Terms of Service, and neither exports a member list or alerts you when someone joins a server. That last job needs a different kind of app.
Why Vencord is desktop-only
Vencord works by injecting code into Discord's desktop client, which is a web application inside an Electron shell. Its plugins hook into the web code. The Android app is not that: it is a native app with its own rendering, so none of Vencord's patches apply. The Vencord project has been clear that Android is out of scope, and the browser-extension build only helps on a desktop browser. Anything advertising "Vencord for Android" is either one of the projects below with a borrowed name or something you should not install.
What Android users actually run
Aliucord
Aliucord patches the official Discord Android app to load plugins. You install the Aliucord installer, which downloads a specific older Discord version and applies the patches; no root is needed. Plugins come from its own store and cover the usual ground: themes, message logging, hidden-channel viewing, quality-of-life tweaks. Because it targets a pinned Discord version, new official features arrive late or not at all, and updates to the mod lag behind Discord's own release cadence.
BlueCord
BlueCord ships as its own installable APK rather than a patcher. It is a modified Discord client with theming, layout options and a set of built-in features, without a plugin store to manage. It is the simpler install of the two, and the choice for people who want a customised Discord on a phone without thinking about plugins. It is also the more direct client modification, since the whole app is rebuilt.
Everything else
Other names come and go: forks of Aliucord, "revenge" style rebuilds, themed APKs on Telegram channels. Treat any APK from an unofficial channel as untrusted unless you can see its source and its maintainers.

The account risk, honestly
All three mods modify the client, which Discord's Terms prohibit. Discord has said it does not go looking for mod users, and bans for simply running one are rare. The bans that do happen come from plugins that make the account behave like a bot: message spam, mass reactions, automated DMs. On a phone the risk is slightly higher only because the modded app is the whole client, so every action you take goes through it.

The job none of them do
Most people looking for a modded Discord on Android are running or working a community from their phone, and the question underneath the search is usually about members: who is in this server, who just joined, how do I get the list somewhere useful. No client mod answers that. Vencord rejects export plugins on principle, Aliucord's store does not carry one, and BlueCord has no plugin system at all.
